1. Digital Product Nature
AccessCheck reports are digital products delivered instantly. Once a report is generated and delivered, we generally cannot revoke access to the information.
2. When You Can Request a Refund
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Technical failure: The scan failed to complete due to a server error on our side
- Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same report
- Report not received: The PDF was not delivered to your email due to a delivery failure on our side
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are generally not available when:
- The report was successfully generated and delivered
- You disagree with the scan results or score
- You expected the report to include services not offered (e.g., legal certification, manual expert review)
- The website you scanned blocks automated tools (e.g., CAPTCHA, bot detection)
- You entered an incorrect email address
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@accesscheck.tech with:
- Your name and email used during purchase
- The URL you scanned
- Reason for the refund request
- Order reference (from your receipt)
5. Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute it and may suspend your access to the service.
