1.1 When You Use the Free Scanner

When you enter a URL for scanning, we temporarily process the URL and the page content for automated accessibility analysis. We do not store the scanned page content after the report is generated, unless you choose to purchase a full report.

1.2 When You Purchase a Report

To process payment via WayForPay and deliver your report, we collect:

• Email address (for report delivery)
• URL of the scanned website
• Payment confirmation data (processed by WayForPay)

We do NOT collect or store full credit card numbers. All payment processing is handled by WayForPay.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

Like most websites, we may collect standard server log information including IP address, browser type, and timestamps. No cookies are used for tracking or advertising.

2. How We Use Information

• To generate and deliver accessibility audit reports
• To process payments
• To improve our scanning algorithms
• To respond to support inquiries

3. Data Retention

• Free scans: Results are displayed temporarily and not persistently stored.
• Paid reports: Stored for 90 days to allow re-download and monitoring comparison.
• Payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax law.

We use the following third-party services:

• WayForPay — payment processing (privacy policy: wayforpay.com)
• SendGrid — email delivery (privacy policy: sendgrid.com)
• OpenAI — AI analysis of page screenshots and content (privacy policy: openai.com)

Processing is based on:

• Performance of a contract (report delivery after purchase)
• Legitimate interest (improving our service, preventing fraud)
• Consent (where you voluntarily provide information)
